-
Meet and greet and 1-night acclimation stay. We require an initial meet and greet to assess your pup for our program. We also require an acclimation stay for all dogs staying 7 days or more, to ensure proper adjustment and compatibility.
-
Drop-Off and Pick-Up: The nightly rate includes PM drop-off (after 1 PM) and AM pick-up (before noon). Early drop-off or late pick-up will incur an additional fee.
-
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for one night sleep-over stays and 3 night stays. For board & train stays of 3 days or longer, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the spot, with the balance due in full prior to drop-off. All payments are non-refundable.
-
Cancellation and Deposits: Deposits for board & train stays are transferable to a future stay if at least 21 days' notice of cancellation is provided (or if the spot can be filled). Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable. For repeat clients, if the last stay was more than 6 months ago, we may require a new acclimation sleep-over stay at the current rate.
